Vintage Merry Glow Round Christmas NOT Rotating Ornament Tree Topper Silver Blue

For sale is a Vintage Merry Glow Round Christmas "NOT" Rotating Ornament Tree Topper in a Silver Glitter Start Shape with a Blue Glowing inner piece. PLEASE READ ABOUT CONDITION ISSUES. I believe the rotating mechanism is broken, I cannot get the blue piece to rotate.

It is in fair cosmetic condition. There is some residue on the piece, in the blue plastic piece. There is kind of a discoloration/yellowing on the silver glitter/star. Looks like glue on the star piece, not sure if original for the glitter or not.

Looks like one of the clear pieces around the blue piece has come loose at the top. Various signs of wear, usage, repairs, etc. Heavy damage to the box. This is NOT in perfect or working condition. Please check out my store for more unique items!
