Buccellati 1989 Christmas Tree Sterling Silver Christmas Ornament, Hard to Find

This beautifully designed Christmas Ornament was produced by Buccellati, Italy in 1989. Buccellati stills produces an annual Christmas Ornament but most of the early Buccellati Ornaments are considered hard to find. This ornament is an excellent example of Buccellati Italys signature patinaed sterling style. Until 1996, all Buccellati Christmas ornaments came in the traditional dark blue hinged Buccellati jewelry box, as shown.

This ornament is numbered 02 of 750, meaning it was the second one produced. According to the sales associate, it is doubtful that the entire edition od 750 was produced.

The ornament is sterling silver with 18 carat gold design details. It is 3 5/8 inches by 2 1/4 inches and is marked Buccellati Italy Sterling #020.
