The Luther Bookout Gorham Series ran from 1975 to 1979 and is probably the most spectacular series that is not well known. Bookout, holding several degrees in fine arts and sculpturing, for over thirty years has earned his living in the commercial art field while yearning for the opportunity to get back to his first love, sculpturing...Commissioned him to design annual limited Christmas ornaments to be made by the Gorham Silver Company.
