Box (of 9) 5½ Vintage Kentlee Mercury Glass Candles Christmas Ornaments. With Blue and Red Stripes. THIS COMES FROM A SMOKE-FREE HOME.
This a Rare set of 9 5½ Vintage Kentlee Mercury Glass Candle Christmas Ornaments in the original box. They are in Very Good Condition, with slight paint scratching. There are No cracks and no chips except maybe under the cap. They came with a metal unmarked cap on the bottom for hanging upside down? One cap is not original.
The caps have oxidation on them. These are very old, guessing the 1930's.
They measure 5-1/2" long, and 1/2" in diameter. Yes, I still have the original box, which would have had 12 candles in it, with 2 inserts. Has a couple tears and creases on the bottom. The lid has 3 torn corners, a water stain, a crease, a number "10" written in red, and soiling. There are 2 inserts stacked one on top of the other which are very nice.One insert has " "10¢ per candle written on it. The box measures 8-1/4" x 8-1/4" x 1-1/2. I will leave it up to you to fix the box your way. I may have missed describing something. Our items are packed carefully in a box with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts.
